Mission
The core mission of a Cyberist Specialist is managing and implementing strategies to streamline technology for financial and professional service business clients. Cyberist specialists are expected to respond to client requests promptly, follow-up regularly, proactively resolve errors, document and improve repetitive tasks, and implement projects to reduce complexity and avoid risk. Cyberist Specialists configure and troubleshoot cloud, cybersecurity, and virtual or physical hardware and software systems; provide technical assistance and training to system users; and update knowledge base and Standard Operating Procedures.
